
Guidelines for Preparing Homemade Bubble Tea
STEP1:
Bubbles Preparation:
- Cook raw tapioca for 30 minutes. Stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the pot
- Let tapioca sit for another 30 minutes with the heat turned off
- Rinse tapioca in cold water and drain well
- Add sweetener to tapioca for taste
STEP2:
Tea Preparation:
- Prepare your favorite tea from tea bags or loose leaf tea
- Add sweetener to taste
- Add ice cubes to make a cold tea base
STEP3:
Putting it on the Table:
- Portion bubbles into cups
- Fill cups with tea
- Serve with a fat straw
